Request deletion
Enter the email address used to sign in. You will receive a confirmation email when the request can be processed.

Data deleted
Deletion covers in particular:
- the local player account linked to your Firebase identifier;
- email address, nickname, progression, resources, crystals, achievements, reports, journal, adventurers, equipment, squads, and brotherhood data;
- push notification tokens linked to the account;
- technical data directly attached to the account when retention is no longer necessary.
Data that may be retained temporarily
Some information needed for support, legal obligations, accounting, purchase records, or fraud prevention may be retained for a limited duration.
After deletion
Server-side deletion does not automatically clear every cache already stored on your device. You may clear local app data from Android settings or reinstall the application. Notifications can also be disabled in Android settings if needed.
